This is a Gold’s Gym Stride Trainer 300 Elliptical Trainer.
It is in like new condition, and works great! For a great cardio workout, use this machine for low impact exercise that won’t hurt your joints. We have used this machine and have had great results, but now feel that it is time to get outside and use the tracks. We also have other workout equipment and it’s time to keep some and sell others. Selling this one was a tough choice. We are planning to move soon and this would be one less thing to move.
